This seminar looks to the future and asks whether we will see more of the same or whether the market focus is moving away from retail-led schemes to provide new opportunities. The seminar will consider how to make planning policy and CPO work for major schemes and the pitfalls that need to be avoided. The event will also consider the options for partnership arrangements between public and private sectors to deliver development. The seminar is aimed at local authorities and developers and is being jointly hosted by DLA Piper and DTZ.
