On Tuesday 23 September, at Labour Party Conference, Centre for Cities and Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce held a breakfast meeting on the role of the private sector in city governance.  John Healey opened the debate - taking questions and responses from fellow panellists, Centre for Cities' Dermot Finch, Angie Robinson (Chief Executive, Greater Manchester Chamber), Sir Richard Leese (Manchester City Leader) and Tom Bloxham (Urban Splash Chair).
