Tony Travers

Director of the Greater London Group at the London School of Economics

Tony Travers is Director of LSE London, a research centre at the London School of Economics. He has recently been an advisor to the House of Commons Education and Skills Committee and to the Communities and Local Government Committee. Previously, he has been a member of the Audit Commission and also of the 'Finance' Working Group of the Urban Task Force. His research interests include public finance, local government and city government.
